An impact template enables you to measure the social impact of multiple projects (or companies) in a standardized way. It contains stakeholders, effects, (validated) indicators and valuations, and can even include a standardized questionnaire that can be sent to stakeholders to collect data. Templates can be used to benchmark and merge the impact of different projects (or companies) to create a clear picture of the total impact of your organization or project.

The Sinzer software can be customized in the corporate identity of every organization. And because every organization is structured in a different way. Sinzer enables you to create your own community for measuring impact in which you can create a single or multiple accounts. Choosing between the number of accounts, depends on what type of organization your are and how you would like to work.

The software features a questionnaire function with different types of answer options such as textual, numeric, multiple choice or based on a scale. Questionnaires can be sent directly from the Sinzer tool (by email) or can be exported as PDF for offline data collection. It is also possible to answer questionnaires directly into the tool, without first having to send an invitation. This way you can collect data from multiple stakeholders on location.
An impact analysis is often teamwork. Therefore, you can assign rights to different users in the Sinzer tool.

When creating a forecast analysis, one often wants to look into different scenarios. In Sinzer, it is possible to copy a project and adjust some of its details in order to create alternative scenarios (for example using different percentages for attribution). This allows users to create worst, best and middle case scenarios. Aggregating the impact of multiple projects can be done by measuring impact through standardized templates containing information about stakeholders, outcomes, indications and, optionally, valuations. This enables you to get a clear overview of the average and total impact of your projects.
